The client wanted a very simple design that included the name and represented the purpose of the company. The solution was to play off of the "dot" in the name and build a symbol around it.

The metaphor of a garage was obvious. It not only echoed the name but represented a key concept behind the company's purpose of finding funding for startups - they often begin in a real or virtual garages.
